Biosketch of Prof. Cataldo De Blasio : Cataldo De Blasio is currently working as Associate Professor at the Laboratory of Energy Technology at Åbo Akademi University in Finland. He has a PhD in Chem. Eng. From the same university, he has worked 8 years at Aalto University in Helsinki. De Blasio is the author of the book Fundamentals of Biofuels Engineering and Technology, Springer, 2019 and he has done research in diverse fields of science. De Blasio has been active in setting up collaborations worldwide. He is a representative of the Finnish Ministry of Education within the FinCEAL program and he is one of the managers for the Finnish Indian Consortia for Research and Education (FICORE). De Blasio owns diverse research projects.
